The rear suspension yoke assembly is the part that sits above the differential and connects the spindle to the frame. It includes 2 bushings and a ball joint, and you can purchase that part with or without the ball joint included. This kit is only the ball joint that goes in the rear suspension yoke, and it fits all Cadillac models from 1958, plus 1959 models before engine number 015749.
